It's so good to enjoy an exceptional fine dining experience
Free-range chicken with black morels, brill and shrimp with chanterelle mushrooms, braised veal shank, etc. The new La Première menu features dishes inspired by the best French produce. In August and September 2014, five new exceptional dishes signed by the starred Chef Régis Marcon will be on offer successively. These new dishes enhance the elegant La Première menu.
By signing a range of dishes on the La Première menu, Régis Marcon continues his remarkable collaboration with Air France. Since April 2014, he has also been proposing gourmet dishes in the Business class cabin.
Régis Marcon has just one ambition – "to put nature onto your plate"
Recognized by his peers (Bocuse d'Or in 1995) and acclaimed by critics (with 3 Michelin stars), Régis Marcon proposes a series of newly-created dishes in the La Première and Business class cabins, elaborated together with the chefs of Servair, an Air France subsidiary and leader in airline catering.
A unique and passionate personality, Régis Marcon embodies a separate branch of French cuisine: more than just a style or an era, his cuisine above all symbolizes the nature that surrounds him and tells his story.
From Ardèche to Auvergne, Régis Marcon has plunged the roots of his cuisine in his family heritage, from which he's always taken the best to create an authentic cuisine.
